iHeartRadio Music Festival on The CW Night 1: What You Can Look Forward To

A few weeks ago, the 2016 iHeartRadio Music Festival hit Las Vegas once again, and it was EPIC. Taking place in the brand new T-Mobil Arena, the sold-out, two-night show made music history once again. From Britney Spears' scorching set to the surprise Florida Georgia Line and Backstreet Boys collaboration, it was an event that made way for some of the most exciting (and talked about) music moments of the year.

If you missed the live stream of the festival, or you just want to relive the weekend, we got you covered! You can tune in a two-night TV special with all of the best moments of the show on October 6th and 7th on The CW. at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

Take a look below at just a few of the awesome moments you can expect to see on October 6th during the CW special:

Billy Idol + Miley Cyrus team up for "Rebel Yell"

Billy Idol knew exactly how to ramp up his set with a surprise duet from pop’s wild child: Miley Cyrus. Relive her amazing outfit, which included customized Idol sunglasses, pants, and leather jacket with Billy's face on it. For the performance, the pair's twin goals went far beyond ensembles. They rocked out, traded lines and walked side-by-side down the catwalk until they were joined by Idol's band as they performed "Rebel Yell."

Backstreet Boys are "Larger Than Life" & better than ever

After surprising the crowd by performing “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back)” with Florida Georgia Line, the Backstreet Boys came back out on stage to perform their own mini set following the announcement of their brand new Las Vegas residency “Larger Than Life.” The guys gave us all a taste of what fans can expect from their new show, and it looks like it’s going to be EPIC.

Sam Hunt's "House Party"

In case you were wondering, Sam Hunt knows how to throw a "House Party" and our crowd at the T-Mobile Arena learned that lesson in the middle of his set when the country heartthrob celebrated the chart-topping single with, you know, just 15,000 of his friends. And now you watching at home on The CW.

twenty one pilots climb to new heights ... literally

During "Car Radio," Tyler Joseph made his way into the crowd where he scaled up a scaffolding. Lit angelically as he towered above the audience, a moment of reflection could be seen on the frontman's face.

Pitbull IS a "Fireball"

The entire set was full of energy, body shaking, pelvis thrusts, and hot Latin flavor, and you can watch him perform his hit "Fireball" on The CW.

U2 Gets Real

U2 closed out festivity on Friday by uniting the audience with a very particular set of songs. Still, the one ripple in the unifying theme was their opening number, "Desire," which offered the T-Mobile Arena with some insight on what they thought of Donald Trump.
