Las Vegas Welcomes Back Guests As Casinos Reopen

Las Vegas welcomes guests back as several of the iconic resorts opened their doors Thursday, June 4, after more than two months of closure amidst the coronavirus crisis. All properties that opened their doors have thorough health and sanitation plans in place, including following comprehensive cleaning and health guidelines based on CDC and WHO recommendations, that comply with directives from Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak, the Nevada Gaming Control Board and public health authorities.

“Las Vegas is a city built on hospitality, and we are thrilled to open our doors on June 4 and welcome visitors from around the country,” said Steve Hill, president/CEO for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority. “While our restaurants, pools and resorts will once again welcome guests, the health and wellbeing of those guests continues to be our top priority. So, while things might look a bit different for a while, your ‘Only Vegas’ experience is waiting.”
