Today (7/14) is Mac 'n' Cheese Day! My son would eat it every day, if I let him. But even he isn't willing to try this. Kraft has teamed up with Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, based in Brooklyn, for a limited time only Mac & Cheese Ice Cream.
