Meet Breezy! This beautiful girl is a 4-year-old Pit-Boxer mix that found herself at the shelter on the euthanasia list. She was shut down, huddled in a corner, trembling and wouldn’t even take treats or eat. At 44 lbs., she was underweight and had several litters of puppies. It took a few hours, but eventually she warmed up to her foster mom.
Now, she’s the biggest love bug you’ll meet! She loves giving gentle kisses, her new best friend is a kitten, and she gets along well with other dogs. She is still nervous around men but warms up to women within minutes now. Breezy would do well in a home with another easy-going dog as they help her come out of her shell and feel more at ease. This girl has been through so much and needs a patient, understanding family that will give her the life and love she’s always deserved.
