Chris Soules will have to wait a bit longer to learn his fate in his hit-and-run case.
The former Bachelor was due to be sentenced yesterday (Tuesday), two years after he rear-ended a tractor and drove away. The driver later died at the hospital.
In a deal, Soules pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor for leaving the scene of the fatal accident.
The delay came after the judge decided not to allow victim impact statements from the driver's family.
According to FOX News, Judge Andrea Dryer said the "wife and sons of Iowa farmer Kenneth Mosher aren't victims under state law because Soules was not convicted of causing Mosher's death."
Chris faces two years in jail if convicted.
Noooo he's such a cutie!!!
