It was one of the BIGGEST jackpots in Powerball history...$750 Million dollars. Three-quarters of a BILLION dollars.
And one person won it all.
Someone in Maryland is waking up $730 million richer today.
Last night's Powerball jackpot had one single winner who could choose to have it paid out over 29 years or take the lump sum of about $500 million.
For everyone else who didn't win, there is still a shot at $970 million in Friday night's Mega Millions drawing.
I think taking the 29 year payout is smart. I'd probably do the same. That's still millions of dollars every year. I'd probably buy a summer & winter home, put money away for my kids' college fund and invest the rest.
What about you?
