If you're like me, you have a lot of things on your to-do list. Sometimes I would just look at the list and not know where to start. Then I discovered a system that really helped me prioritize in a way that made me feel more accomplished.
It's called the two-minute rule. Basically, you look at the items on the list and see which tasks would only take a couple of minutes and do those first. Then you move on to the items that take 5 minutes.
Sounds simple, but you'd be surprised how quickly you start checking items off the list and the feeling of accomplishment that comes from that!
Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to go clean out my cat's litter box. That's an easy 2 minute task!
