Before Darius Rucker was a country star, he fronted a wildly successful pop/rock band in the 90's called Hootie & The Blowfish. Believe it or not, some people didn't know that.
If you were a fan of Hootie, then you remember their hit "Only Wanna Be With You" right?
Well fast forward to 2021 and hip-hop star Post Malone's new remake of the classic track, for a Pokemon 25 collection. Not really sure what the song has to do with Pokemon, other than similar release time, but I digress.
He even turned up the twang a bit. It's hard not to like his take on the song. Listen for yourself!
