How To Help Support Henderson Police Officer Troy McDermed

Let's help out the family of Henderson Police Officer Troy McDermed.

Last summer, Officer McDermed collapsed during a traffic stop, and was transported to Henderson Hospital. While there, he was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroendocrine carcinoma (liver) which is incurable and inoperable.

Troy served the citizens of Henderson for the past 15 years, and he will be medically retiring this week. There are two ways you can help with fundraising. The goal of these fundraisers is to thank Troy for his service as a Police Officer and to his country as a military veteran, and to assist him and his family financially.

There will be an auction this Friday, September 10th, at Hammers bar and grill in Henderson. Details on that in the flyer below.
