It's been a tough season for the Las Vegas Raiders. There's been no shortage of controversies and challenges.
Now the Raiders and General Manager Mike Mayock have parted ways after three seasons together. The announcement by the team yesterday came after the Raiders' wild card playoff loss to Cincinnati, 26-to-19. It was the Raiders' second playoff appearance in the last 19 years.
Coach Jon Gruden left the Raiders in October after some old offensive emails surfaced and were published.
Owner Mark Davis now has a clean slate going forward to look for a general manager and a coach.
