Masks No Longer Required at Harry Reid International Airport

It's been over two years since the face mask mandate began on airplanes. After a long journey, masks are now optional at Harry Reid International Airport.

The announcement comes after the TSA said it would no longer be enforcing a federal mask mandate for transportation. Last night, Reid Airport officials announced they'd continue to follow federal guidance, as they have throughout the pandemic.

Yesterday, a federal judge in Florida reversed the CDC's mask mandate directive for public transit. Individual airlines can still require masks if they choose.

While some people are thrilled to roam about the country and world without the face covering, some will choose to continue to wear them. Can we all agree to let people do as they like without ridicule?
