A lion at a zoo in China is giving visitors some pause (or paws) because of its unusual hairstyle.
Photos of Hang Hang the lion have gone viral on social media and critics are slamming his caretakers at the zoo for giving him a funny haircut, which looks like a blown-out mullet.
But zookeepers deny having anything to do with the lion's mane and say the big cat does his own hair. They claim the humidity, combined with Hang Hang's habit of licking his pawn and brushing his hair is what gave him the unique look.
Many of social media have even pointed out Hang Hang's ironic resemblance to Tiger King star Joe Exotic. I see Morgan Wallen influence. What about you?
