Brittany posted a photo of herself on a plane looking adoringly at a picture of her baby son with the caption, "Haven’t even left Nashville and I miss him so much it hurts."
Brittany and Jason were headed to the Bahamas for a mini vacation, but social media wasn't having it. Some followers complained that Memphis is too young to be separated from his mom.
Brit shot back with another post -- this time with her and Jason enjoying the sun and surf. She wrote, "Just a word of wisdom for all the parent shamers... Vacations are OK for new parents to take. Sometimes after being pregnant for almost a year, cooped up in a house for weeks at a time, you need a little sunshine and adult time. IT IS NOT OK to leave your ignorant comments."
Tomorrow (Tuesday), Jason takes the stage at Rodeo Houston.
