The Ryman Auditorium and the Johnny Cash Museum have teamed up for a special exhibit to celebrate the night Johnny met June Carter Cash at the Ryman 65 years ago.
On the night of Johnny's Grand Ole Opry debut on July 7, 1956, June Carter bumped into Johnny backstage. He reportedly told June that night he knew he was going to marry her.
The exhibit, which opens tomorrow (Wednesday), will feature artifacts from both of their careers. They'll be available for viewing during the venue's daytime tours.
