Meet Grayson!
Grayson is an 8–9-year-old Shih Tzu mix. Grayson is 21 pounds currently, but he is on a diet as he is overweight. He is great with other mellow dogs, big and small, but he doesn’t like energetic dogs that want to play or constantly get in his space.
Grayson is missing a lot of teeth (he recently had dental work and had to have some pulled), so his tongue hangs out and he drools when he’s anxious. He tends to make a bit of a mess drinking water, so a towel or placemat under the water bowl helps. Grayson spent quite a bit of time outside; he is learning to potty in appropriate areas. So far, he is catching on with the dog door but will need some time to learn and adjust. Grayson seems to do well on a leash and enjoy walking. He loves pets and allows you to pick him up.
