Taylor Swift fans are angry about the Ticketmaster pre-sale fiasco and the cancellation of the general onsale, but so is Taylor. Her 52-date Era's Tour was set to go onsale today and she's "pissed off" about the incident.
Taylor released a statement on her Instagram Story expressing her sympathy for her fans that weren't able to get tickets. She went on to address the 2.4 million fans that were able to secure tickets and added, "It really pisses me off that a lot of them feel like they went through several bear attacks to get them."
She mentions that she asked Ticketmaster “multiple times if they could handle this kind of demand and we were assured they could.” Adding that it was “excruciating for me to just watch mistakes happen with no recourse.” You can read her full statement below and here.
