5 Must-See Las Vegas Holiday Attractions For The Family

Las Vegas knows how to flex it's Christmas muscle! There are literally hundreds of festive locations to celebrate the magic of the holidays. Here are my 5 favorite spots to enjoy with the family!

Ethel M Cactus Garden
Nothing like sipping some delicious double hot chocolate while strolling through Ethel M Chocolate's famous cactus garden, decorated with over a million lights. Bundle up and bring $1 cash per person and enjoy an awesome holiday stroll!

Too cold to walk outside?

Glittering Lights
Stay IN the comfort of your vehicle and head to Las Vegas Motor Speedway, which is decorated with over three million Christmas Lights and 170 lighted trees! It is a MASSIVE 2.5-mile course! You'll wanna get there early to avoid the long lines, but this is a great way to experience holiday decorations without having to brave the cold.

Glittering Lights is open until January 6th. More info HERE.

Enchant Christmas
This year, Enchant Christmas has expanded to TWO locations, the Las Vegas Ballpark and Resorts World. Explore an adorable Christmas village filled with artisan vendors, a children's play area, a unique ice skating rink and Santa Claus himself!

Cosmopolitan Rooftop Ice Rink
This one is a favorite with my kids. The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas creates an incredible rooftop ice skating rink, complete with hot beverages, holiday movies, fire pits and jaw-dropping strip-views! There's 4,200 square feet of real ice and light snowfall throughout the evening. Imagine roasting rooftop s'mores over the fire while watching a holiday movie playing on the marquee.

The rink is open Monda-Thursday from 3pm-Midnight and Friday though Sunday noon to midnight. Ticket prices vary, but entry around the rink is free.

Bellagio Conservatory
Throughout the Christmas season, the Bellagio Conservatory pulls out all the stops to create a colossal holiday display! It's a must-see, decked with a larger-than-life snow globe, a 42-foot-tall live tree, playful polar bears made from thousands of carnations, penguins and a ten-foot long train created with 1,200 red and white roses.

The best part, it's FREE to experience with free parking for locals (up to 3 hours) and you're a quick walk away from the Bellagio Fountains, where they've choreographed to holiday favorites like “Santa Baby” and “Carol of the Bells.”

Hope this helps point your family in the right direction! For more on these and other holiday Las Vegas attractions, check out this episode of our Living Las Vegas podcast:
